Dear Parents,
It is now time to kick off this year’s Moonlight and Jazz. It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 12 years since we envisioned an evening that would showcase our awesome jazz program at St. Michael and provide attendees with an awesome dinner complete with wine. This year’s even is APRIL 15!! Deadline to purchase tickets is March 26 . Moonlight and Jazz is simply the classiest St. Michael event next to graduation. Proceeds from this band fund raiser will be used to cover transportation expenses throughout the year (Disney trip) and purchase instruments and other important items we need to keep our St. Michael band program heading in the right direction. We cannot make this year’s event a success without your help. First, we need sponsorships to help pay for our expenses. This year, we’ve gone up on the price ($2 per ticket to cover costs for credit card fees) for the first time in 11 years. Moonlight and Jazz tickets make great Christmas gifts for grandparents and other hard-to-buy-for family members. Important points to note: Priority seating can be purchased by being a sponsor of the event. See the attached sponsorship page. Also, priority seating can be obtained by purchasing a table of 10 on a first come-first served basis. If you don’t have 10 people in your party, you can team up with some others who are coming and purchase your table together.
