What a great performance by our Warrior Jazz Ensemble and Combo at the Alzheimer’s event at Perkins Rowe today! I am so proud of my musicians who sounded like a seasoned group. I cannot wait to hear you as you progress throughout the year. I’m hoping that my young musicians are taking note of what our seniors did today. We will begin Developmental Combo rehearsals every Tuesday from now on. Parents, Developmental Combo is where students learn to step outside their comfort zone and really take improvisation to the next level. With a lot of hard work, any one of my freshmen musicians can sound like those seasoned veterans in a couple of years.
